OWENSBORO, KY (May 7, 2026): The 1/8 mile Windy Hollow Dragway will roar to life on Friday Night for a night of fun.
Windy Hollow Dragway is encouraging gearheads to “take it off the street and onto the strip” for a night of no-pressure fun on the Owensboro drag strip.
“You don’t have to have a drag car to come out,” said track owner, Trevor Hutchins. “This is a chance to race your buddies, make fun runs, and maybe even take home a trophy and all while doing it in a controlled safe environment.”
The event will include a test-and-tune, grudge races, and a trophy race to conclude the night’s activities.
Gates open at 5:30, with the track open for unlimited passes from 6:30pm-10:30pm. General admission is $12 for adults, ages 6-10 is $6 and 5 and under are free.
