Boone, Oliver, and Reaves Headline Action-Packed Night at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway

(Nashville, TN) A big Saturday night at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway saw three highly competitive feature events take center stage as part of the Cook Out Music City 150 program. Despite a brief weather delay, fans were treated to exciting racing across the Street Stock, Pro Late Model, and ARCA Menards Series East divisions, showcasing both local standouts and rising national stars.

The Street Stock feature kicked off the evening with early drama as Blaine Akin and Michael Pannell battled for the lead before contact sent both drivers to the rear. That opened the door for Bowling Green, KY’s Ayden Oliver, who took advantage and never looked back. Oliver pulled away from the field and, after a late shower brought out the yellow and checkered, claimed his first Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway Street Stock victory. Behind him, Chad Chaffin and Cole Baxter completed the podium in a race that featured intense battles throughout the field.

The Pro Late Model feature delivered one of the most thrilling races of the night. Chase Johnson led early before a tightly packed lead group formed, with Anthony Bello eventually taking over the top spot. A caution and restart reshuffled the order, and a heavy crash involving Brett Robinson — who fortunately walked away — added to the drama. In the closing laps, Cole Williams surged to the lead, but it was Jackson Boone who made a daring outside move late in the race to take the top spot and score his first win of the 2026 season in front of a packed crowd.

The night was capped by the Cook Out Music City 150 for ARCA Menards Series East, featuring the largest ARCA field at Nashville in several years. From qualifying through the main event, it was all Max Reaves, who backed up his Sioux Chief PowerPEX Pole Award with a dominant performance in the 150-lap feature. Reaves controlled the race and secured his second consecutive Music City 150 victory, while Landon S. Huffman and Tristan McKee completed the podium. The race highlighted the depth of young talent in the series and reinforced Nashville’s reputation as one of the toughest short tracks in the country.

With a successful race weekend in the books, attention now turns to the next big event at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway — the Rackley Roofing Battle of Broadway 150 on Thursday, May 28. The race will feature the Turn One CRA Pro Late Models going head-to-head with a strong field of Nashville Pro Late Model competitors in what is expected to be one of the premier matchups of the season.
